Chinese Elodea - Egeria Najas

Chinese Elodea or Egeria Najas is a stemmed plant with an upright habit.  It's fronds add superb structure to an aquarium and at the same time are readily used by many varieties of fish when spawning.  It will grow quickly and will need to be pruned on a regular basis to keep it under control. Strong lighting is needed for this plant but it is very tolerant of water conditions.
