Pennywort is an easy to grow stem plant that will thrive in most aquariums.  It can be rooted or used free floating and in its free floating state offers protection to young fry. The plant typically grows up to about 8 inches in height but will grow considerably taller in strong light conditions.  It is a fast growing and relatively easy plant to keep and adds volume quickly to the back of your planting arrangement.
