  • Soft to hard water 
  • Temperature range 21-28C / 70-82F 
  • pH range 5.5-7.0 
  • Medium to Strong Light 
  • Medium difficulty but worth it 

 

Red Myriophyllum makes an excellent contrast to all the greens of other aquarium plants and this planted at the rear of your tank will give impressive structure.  It will cope well with medium or strong lighting but the stronger lighting will result in more intense leaf whorls. Due to its fast growth rate it will require frequent pruning in order to keep it under control.  A must have in my opinion.
